We are seeking expressions of interest from team members who would like to join our Trade team at Sebastopol. This position may be offered on a part-time or full-time basis, with flexible hours available throughout the week and the potential for weekend work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing enthusiastic customer service
• Handling trade queries and sales
• Resolving customer complaints with urgency
• Liaising with other departments and sites
• Undertaking some heavy lifting when required
• Operating a forklift while completing general trade yard duties

What You’ll Bring

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Sympac and general computer skills
• Trade product knowledge, ideally
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to safely lift and stack timber
• A strong commitment to safety, health and the environment (SHE)
• A truck licence would be an advantage
