Days: Flexible working days

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide enthusiastic customer service
• Handle trade queries and sales

• A positive can-do attitude
• Problem solving & critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints with urgency
• Liaising with other departments/sites
• Some heavy lifting may be required
• Using a forklift whilst undertaking general trade yard duties
• An interest in stock & trade operations
• Trade product knowledge ideally
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A commitment to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
