Our 2026 Engagement Survey has now launched.
Each year, we survey team members across Fagg’s Group to help us understand where we’re doing well & where there’s room for improvement.
About the 2026 Survey
- The survey opens from 2nd March and will close on 27th March.
- Survey is run by external provider Culture Amp
- For team members with a company email, you will receive an invitation and survey link directly from Culture Amp
- All team members with a mobile number stored in payroll will receive an invitation and survey link via SMS
- Team members without email or SMS access – you can complete the survey via the QR code displayed, along with a unique access code to log in.

All survey responses will be 100% confidential. Culture Amp processes all the data, ensuring that no one in Faggs Group or IHG will see your individual responses. Your honest feedback is crucial, and this confidentiality allows you to share your opinions freely and openly, so please share as much as possible as it really does enable us to build plans for the future that reflect our collective wants and needs.
