Each year, team members are recognised for their significant and exceptional contribution to the business.
The awards program recognises both individual and team achievements, with nominations invited from colleagues
and managers.
2025 nominations open on 29 January and close on 20 February 2026. There are six categories in which we recognise and reward outstanding contributions.
These business performance pillars underpin our company values, vision, mission and overall endeavours.

All nominations will be reviewed by the Leadership Team and assessed against the eligibility criteria,
colleague testimonials and demonstrated contribution to the business.
A celebratory dinner and presentation will be held on Thursday, 5 March 2026 for award recipients.
Winners will be announced to the wider business on Friday, 6 March 2026.
